Stoney Brook Inn Policies

Room Rates:
Room rates in suites are based on double occupancy. Rooms #6 and #16 can accommodate up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at a rate of $18.00 per night. Rates include use of spa facilities and a full breakfast, served from 8:15 to 9:15 each morning.

Groups:
The entire Inn can be rented. Groups require a deposit of 25 percent upon reservation, 25 percent within 30 days of arrival, and the balance due upon arrival. A security deposit of $200.00 is also required and is refundable within two weeks of the departure of the group.

Conference Center Rental:
$200.00 per day with less than 7 rooms booked; $180.00 per day with a minimum of 7 rooms booked.

Hotel Policies:
Check-in from 3-6 P.M., check-out at 11 A.M.

Cancellation Policies:
The cancellation fee is $10 per night unless you cancel one week or less prior to your arrival, in which case the full amount of your room is charged to your credit card. For groups, the first and second 25% deposits are non-refundable.

Pets:
We accept one pet in Room #9 only, for a one $17.00 charge per stay, with prior approval.
